MCC develops procurement and grants policies and procedures, principally anchored by the Program Procurement Guidelines (PPG) and the Program Grant Guidelines (PGG), and oversees MCC-funded procurements and grants administered by MCC partner countries. MCC ensures that contracts and grants are awarded through open, fair and transparent competitive processes, and the polices are based on international standards.
